Jake founded IP in 2024 after years of work in cybersecurity and consulting. He leverages his deep knowledge of privacy engineering to build scalable, compliant data practices for global companies and startups. Jake looks beyond the tech to create truly integrated, holistically healthy privacy programs.
Hailing from the world of education and technology, Jess weaves all the loose threads together into the tapestry that is Integrative Privacy. She specializes in roadmapping, task tracking, and facilitating fruitful client engagement across IP’s projects. Jess enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her two dogs – who are the lights of her life.
With a background in cybersecurity, Josh brings technical excellence to the IP team. He specializes in custom integrations for privacy platforms, and his code drives some of IP’s strongest software solutions. As much as he loves programming, Josh also enjoys exploring the great outdoors through travel and bouldering.

After achieving her Master’s in Health Informatics from University of Toronto, Thenushaa is proud of her pivot into the world of privacy engineering. She offers specialized expertise in consent management and health data anonymization. When she’s not monitoring and maintaining privacy tech, she is an avid photographer, writer, and muay thai practitioner.
Jesse brings over four years of experience in data privacy to the IP team. With his diverse background in e-commerce and occupational therapy, he leverages his IT expertise for privacy center implementation, consent management, and DSR maintenance. When he’s done with data analysis and testing for the day, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife, his beautiful daughter, and their three cats.

Casey holds a Master's in Digital and Visual Health Communication from Boston University. With their background in startup administration and strategic communications, Casey is proud to work for their big brother, offering their workflow and design expertise to the IP team behind the scenes. On weekends, they enjoy bartending at the coolest music venue in town.
